The Compound Restaurant
The Compound Restaurant has been a Santa Fe Tradition since 1967. In 2000, Chef Mark Kiffin took over the reins and in 2004 won the James Beard Award for Best Chef of the Southwest. With a menu that changes seasonally using locally sourced ingredients, Chef Kiffin has been entertaining Santa Fe with creative, contemporary cuisine in a beautiful setting.
